CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 pkgs. frozen vanilla pudding (instant)
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
1 box graham crackers

Mix pudding and milk together until thickened. Stir in Cool Whip. In 9 x 13 inch pan layer graham crackers, pudding, graham crackers, pudding, ending with graham crackers on top. Ice with:

2 bars chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. Karo syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

In saucepan melt chocolate. Add butter, Karo syrup, vanilla, sugar, and milk. Beat until smooth. Frost top layer of graham crackers; refrigerate overnight. Cover, cut into squares and serve.
