POLYNESIAN PORK CHOPS | |
6 pork chops (not too thin) 1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced 1 sm. can pineapple chunks 1/2 jar barbeque sauce (Kraft is nice and spicy) 1 green pepper, seeded & sliced Brown pork chops quickly on both sides in a skillet on the stove or in an electric fry pan. Turn heat to low. Top pork chops with sliced green pepper, water chestnuts and drained pineapple chunks (reserve liquid). Pour barbeque sauce over all. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. If more liquid is needed, use pineapple juice. |
