NINA'S ZABAGLIONE 
2 lg. egg yolks
3 tbsp. dry marsala wine or dry sherry
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. sugar

Put all ingredients in top of a double boiler over cold water. Do not let top of double boiler touch the water. Whip with an egg beater until completely mixed. Heat water and stir with a whisk continuously until thickened. Serve chilled. You may put whipped cream on top, if you wish. Serves 1.
