ITALIAN CHICKEN SOUP 
1 whole chicken, cut in pieces
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken and debone. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Return to pot. Add into pot:

3 celery stalks with leaves, chopped
1 can shoepeg corn
1/2 small head cabbage
2 med. cans tomatoes
3 to 4 carrots, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Let simmer over low heat for 2 or more hours. NOTE: Great recipe to use pieces of leftover turkey.
