LEMON CHICKEN 
1 cut up fryer
2 lemons, sliced very thin like tissue
Garlic powder
Paprika
Dill weed (dry)
Oil to drizzle lightly
Lemon juice just to cover the surface of the chicken itself

Place chicken in greased pan. (I use Pam.) Pour lemon juice over chicken surface. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika and dill weed. Pour oil lightly over chicken. Place thinly sliced lemons on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.

I usually make 2 to 3 chickens at a time. Recipe can be doubled or tripled to meet requirements.
