BUTTERY CHICKEN SPREAD 
3 c. shredded cooked chicken
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
Melba toast, party bread or crackers

Mix chicken, butter, parsley, onion, lemon juice, cinnamon and dill in medium bowl. Place in serving dish or small crock. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Let mixture stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving. Serve with toast, bread or crackers.
