CHICKEN CUTLETS SUPREME 
1 c. oat bran cereal, uncooked
1 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. water
3 whole chicken breasts or 6 split, skinned & boned
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Melted butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Coat 13 x 9 inch baking dish with vegetable spray or 9oil lightly. In shallow dish combine oat bran, dill and lemon pepper.

In another dish combine egg substitute and water. Lightly pound chicken to even thickness between plastic wrap or wax paper. Dip chicken in the egg substitute then coat with dry ingredients. Place in pan, drizzle butter evenly over chicken. Bake 35 minutes or until brown.
