CHICKEN AND ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. zucchini slices
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Combine soup, milk, cheese, onion and seasonings. Bring mixture to boil over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.

TOPPING:

1 c. oats
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all together. Place on top of chicken mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 370 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
