LEMON SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. flour

Mix crust ingredients, Pat in bottom of 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Beat eggs, add sugar and juice. Fold in baking powder and flour. Bake on top of crust for 20 minutes (325 degrees). When warm sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar. Cut into squares when cool.
