CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. scalded milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs until light and foamy. Add sugar and salt. Pour custard into an unbaked pie shell and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 450 degrees 10 minutes and then reduce temperature to 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Custard won't soak crust.
