PRELAG'S BAKED CUSTARD PIE | |
3 c. scalded milk 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. canned milk 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Mix sugar, flour, salt and eggs; add canned milk. Stir in scalded milk. Pour mixture into unbaked crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 6 minutes more. |
