BAKED CUSTARD | |
1 3/4 c. milk 3 eggs 1/3 c. sugar Dash salt 1 tsp. vanilla Nutmeg Place milk in a glass 2 cups measure. Microwave on high (100%) for 4-5 minutes or until steaming. Mix the other ingredients except nutmeg in a 1 1/2 quart casserole until blended. Slowly stir in milk, sprinkle with nutmeg and cover with a lid or plastic. Microwave on low (30%) for 15 minutes. Turn dish halfway through cooking. Remove cover and allow to stand until the center is set. Serve warm or cold. |
