CUSTARD PIE | |
4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. milk, scalded 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla. Pour mixture into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until custard is firm. |
