RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. melted shortening or oil
3 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
1 (15 oz.) pkg. raisin bran flakes plus more raisins

Mix and store in refrigerator or fill baking cups which have been placed in muffin tins. Place in freezer. As one set hardens, put in plastic bag and repeat until mix is used. Now ready to bake anytime. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
