APPLE RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS - DIET 
4 med. apples, peeled & grated
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/3 c. dry milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar replacement
4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted, then blenderized
4 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
4 oz. raisin bran flakes

Combine apples, water, oil and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl. Mix together. Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
