RANCH POTATOES 
4-5 c. cubed potatoes (unpeeled)
3/4 - 1 c. EACH Ranch dressing, sour cream & shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. bacon bits
1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Wash and cube potatoes, then microwave until almost done. Mix Ranch dressing, sour cream, cheese and bacon bits together. Toss with potatoes. Place in an ungreased casserole dish. Melt butter and toss with corn flakes. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
