CREAMY RANCH POTATOES 
6-7 potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt & pepper
breadcrumbs

Cut potatoes in quarters. Layer into bottom of 9X9 greased pan. In bowl, mix sour cream, ranch dressing and soup. Salt and pepper potatoes to taste and mix with soup mixture until well coated. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 300°F for 3 1/2 hours. Can be made a day ahead, they keep great.
