QUICK POTATO SALAD | |
2 lbs. sm. red potatoes, cooked 1/2 c. sliced green onions 1 c. prepared Ranch salad dressing Paprika or black pepper Chives Crisp cooked, crumbled bacon Cut slightly cooled potatoes into 1 inch cubes. In large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, and salad dressing; toss gently. Dust with paprika or black pepper. Garnish with bacon or chives. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
