POTATOES RANCH STYLE 
6 med. baking potatoes, unpeeled & cut into 1/2" thick slices
1 c. water
1 c. prepared Cheese Sauce
1 c. Ranch dressing
1/4 c. chopped green
1/2 c. cooked crumbled bacon

CHEESE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Place potatoes in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour water over and cover with foil. Bake until tender, about 40 minutes. Drain off water. Heat Cheese Sauce. Pour over potatoes. Pour on Ranch dressing and sprinkle with bacon crumbs and onions. Serve immediately.
