BAKED POTATO PIZZA 
3 large baked potato, thinly sliced
1 bag shredded cheddar
8 slices provolone cheese
1 can Crescent rolls
1 cup sour cream
1/2 package Ranch seasoning
real bacon bits

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Roll Crescents onto cookie sheet, pressing up to edges to cover pan.

Bake for 5 minutes; remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Mix sour cream and Ranch seasoning. Spread onto Crescents. Layer provolone slices, sliced potatoes, cheddar, and bacon.

Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until Crescents are golden and cheese is melted.
