STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST 
6 boned chicken breasts
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. seasoned stuffing mix (Stove Top)
1 c. water
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
Paprika

In 2 cups bowl microwave onions, mushrooms and butter on high 2-3 minutes or until onions are transparent. Add bouillon, water and stuffing mix. Mix well. Set aside. Lightly pound breast. Place small roll of stuffing in center of breast. Place remaining stuffing along side of each breast. Mix sour cream and soup. Pour evenly over breasts and stuffing. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with Handy Wrap. Microwave on high 20 minutes or until breasts are tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
