FAR EAST SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. cooked rice, cool
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained

SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix sauce ingredients well, pour over other ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate. It is better if it sets a few hours before serving.
