1 lb. boneless fish, cut up in cubes (firm fish like shark)
7 tbsp. lime juice
1 c. peeled, seeded tomatoes, cut up
1 can chopped chilies
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. finely chopped fresh coriander
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1/2 c. chopped avocado
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. ketchup
1 can chopped black olives
