MYSTERY HOT DISH 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in
1 c. hot water
1 (4 oz.) can of mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives

TOPPING:

1 c. chow mein noodles
1 sm. pkg. cashew nuts

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. In a skillet cook beef and onion until meat is browned; drain fat.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 casserole baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Combine chow mein noodles and cashew nuts. Sprinkle over top of casserole.

Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
