HOT AND JUICY MEATLOAF 
2 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. sausage
1 egg
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
2 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 sm. can milk
1/4 lb. crackers
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Cook together onions, celery, and drain; set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients. Place onions and celery in center and mix thoroughly. Line thin layer of ketchup in bottom of pan. Place meatloaf in pan. Bake in a preheated oven of 350 degrees. Bake 1/2 hour, then pour remaining ketchup over top and return to oven for 1 hour longer.
