1 lb. turkey sausage
1 1/2 lb. plain ground turkey
1/2 sm. bell pepper
1/2 onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 eggs
Bread crumbs
1 pkg. meat loaf seasoning
1 can tomato sauce
4 slices bacon

Mix together, put into loaf. Strip with bacon and bake 350 degrees until done.
