MICROWAVE MOCK LASAGNE 
1/2 pkg. extra-wide noodles, cooked
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. browned, crumbed hamburger (opt.)
3 c. grated cheese, 1 c. each of your choice (e.g. Mozzarella, ricotta or cottage cheese, cheddar, Monterey Jack, Colby, brick)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano

In large microwaveable casserole, layer noodles, sauce (meat) and cheese 3 times. Sprinkle top with Parmesan. (NOTE: Use sauce sparingly or casserole will be too watery.) Microwave uncovered on high power 10 to 15 minutes, rotating often. Dish is ready when center is heated all through and cheeses are melted. (Test with knife and finger.) Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
