EASY PECAN PIE 
1 lb. box brown sugar
6 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pie crusts
2 c. pecans

Melt butter. Mix sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla. Grate nuts. Place 1 cup of nuts in each pie shell. Pour filling over nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
