BARBECUE CHICKEN BAKE 
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
3/4 c. whole kernel corn
1 1/2 c. water
1 can biscuits
Sesame seed (to dip top of biscuits in)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook chopped onion and pepper in butter until onion is transparent. Stir chicken, corn, 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce and 1/2 cup water. Simmer 10 minutes. Separate biscuits into 10 biscuits. Dip top in sesame seed if you like or just plain biscuits. Pour hot mixture in 2 quart casserole. Arrange biscuits over chicken mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375 degrees, or until golden brown. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
