CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 bag small Fritos
1 can rotel tomatoes with peppers
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can celery soup
Grated Cheddar cheese or Velveeta
1 cooked chicken, deboned

Boil and debone chicken. (Save broth for soup). In a medium bowl mix soups together and set aside. In a large casserole dish put 1 layer of fritos on bottom, next layer add half of the cut up chicken, next add soups, rest of chicken, more fritos, chopped tomatoes, and last top with plenty of cheese. Bake until done.
