FIVE SOUP CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. ground meat
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 can condensed cream of onion soup
1 can condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
1 sm. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 sm. can evaporated milk
Grated cheese for top
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Doritos, Fritos, or Tostitos

Saute green pepper and onion in large skillet until soft; add ground meat and brown. Mix soups, tomatoes and milk. Mix ground meat mixture with half of the soup mixture. Place in large baking dish. Add chips. Cover with the rest of the soup mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (covered) and 10 to 15 minutes, uncovered. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
