ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
8 oz. Fritos or Doritos (plain)
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
Minced onion to taste

In large skillet. Brown hamburger with onion. Drain fat. Add soups and sauces. Blend 5 minutes on top of stove with meat over low heat. Crush 1/2 of chips in 9"x13" pan and top with 1/2 of meat mixture. Repeat. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Can be served with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, if desired.
