ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
Fritos or Doritos

Melt cheese and soups, enchilada sauce and milk. Cook beef and onion until brown. Line oblong casserole with chips, then one layer of soup mixture and one layer of meat. Cook in 350 degree oven until heated thoroughly, about 30 minutes. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
