MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can enchilada sauce, mild or hot
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 lg. bag nacho cheese Dorito chips

Brown hamburger meat; drain. Mix enchilada sauce, soup, and water in blender or shaker blender.

Place 1/2 of meat in dish, top with layer of chips, layer of cheese. Pour 1/2 of sauce mix over cheese. Continue with layers, ending with cheese. Heat until bubbly in 400 degree oven or microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
