LIVER & ONIONS | |
Have 1 pound of liver sliced 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. In large skillet, cook and stir 2 cups thinly sliced onion in 3 tablespoons butter until tender. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Panfry liver over medium-high heat in skillet. Add onions for last minute of cooking. Serves 4. |
