SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot pear juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 lg. can pears (16 oz.)
1 (4 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling pear juice. Cream cheese with milk and add to Jello. Mash pears, add to mixture after Jello is almost set. Fold in Cool Whip and pour in square dish to refrigerate.

Note to cholesterol watchers: Can substitute whipped low fat cottage cheese for the cream cheese.
