SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 can pear juice
2 1/2 c. canned pears, mashed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. cream
1 c. whipping cream

Heat juice and pour over Jello. Cool until slightly thickened. Pour into the cream cheese which has been mixed with the cream; beat with mixer. Add mashed pears and fold in whipped cream; mold if desired.
