SEAFOAM SALAD | |
1 can pear halves 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 tbsp. lemon juice 8 oz. cream cheese 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. cold water Drain pears and reserve 1/2 cup of syrup. Dice pears; set aside. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add cold water, syrup and lemon juice. Measure 1 1/4 cups into 8"x8" pan. Chill until set, but not firm. Blend Jello into cream cheese, fold in pears. Spoon over first mixture. Refrigerate overnight. |
