BUSY DAY POT ROAST 
3-4 lb. roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. steak sauce

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Put meat in a heavy Dutch oven pan. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spread over top and sides of roast. Cover and bake for 3 hours, until tender. Lift meat to cutting board. Let stand 5 minutes, then cut thin. Pour gravy into sauce boat to spoon over each slice when served.
