DUTCH ROAST MEAT LOAF 
1/2 lb. minced steak
1/2 lb. minced bacon
1/2 chopped onion
1 sm. beaten egg
Seasoning
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 c. crackers (biscuits)

Make biscuits into fine crumbs and mix all ingredients together and form into roll. Fry until brown on all sides, add 1/2 cup water, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
