SALMON LOAF 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cracker or dried bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan (8 x 4). Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
