SALMON LOAF 
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. minced celery
1 c. skimmed milk
2 c. flaked canned salmon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper
3 egg whites or egg substitute
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in lightly oiled 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes. Serves 6.
