BAKED SALMON - VEGETABLE LOAF | |
1 tall can salmon 2 c. crushed soda crackers 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 egg 1 can condensed vegetable soup 1 tsp. lemon juice Combine all ingredients and bake in greased loaf pan or dish for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 4-6 servings. Excellent Lenten dish. Meal served with corn muffins and a favorite salad. |
