GRANDMA'S POTATO DUMPLINGS 
6 med. potatoes (boiled, mashed, cooled)
1 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 slice bread (cubed & browned in butter)
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

1. Mix cooled potatoes, flour, beaten eggs, salt, browned, bread cubes and parsley together.

2. Form dumplings by taking large spoonful and patting into spoon.

3. Drop in boiling water (salted).

4. Boil 10 minutes for about 6-7 dumplings.
