SALMON SPREAD 
1 lg. can salmon or tuna or home canned suckers, northerns, etc.
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix in blender or a mixer. Chill 1 hour. Form in a ball, roll in chopped parsley and nuts. Chill and serve with various crackers.
