SMOKY SALMON SPREAD | |
1 tbsp. parsley 12 oz. cream cheese 1 (15 oz.) can red salmon, thoroughly drained 1 tsp. liquid smoke or hickory 2 tsp. lemon juice 7-9 drops Tabasco sauce Blend oil ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth; refrigerate. Garnish with sprigs of parsley. You can substitute 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 cream cheese. |
