CHERRY CRUMB CAKES 
1 can cherry pie filling
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1. Melt butter.

2. Pre-mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon.

3. Mix butter into flour with fork until wet and big crumbs are formed.

4. Line 8 inch square pan with heavy duty foil.

5. Spray pan with Pam.

6. Use half crumb mixture for bottom and press firmly into pan.

7. Pour cherry filling in.

8. Loosely add crumbs to top.

9. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

10. Cool in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.

11. Lift foil out of pan and peel off cake.

12. Cut into 16 squares (keep refrigerated).
