CASSEROLE 
1 (6-8 oz.) pkg. frozen king crab, thawed or 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice or dry sherry
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and halved

Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. Drain crab. Saute mushrooms in butter. Stir in flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and add milk. Cook, stirring until thick and smooth. Add cheese and let melt. Then add wine and lemon juice. Blend sauce with crab, macaroni, and artichokes. Turn into buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
