CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
1 1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. bourbon (optional)

Blend chocolate chips, eggs and bourbon in blender until smooth. Open top pour in heavy cream heated to boiling point. Blend until smooth.

Pour into serving dishes and chill 2 to 3 hours.
