CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
8 oz. good dark chocolate (i.e. Lindt)
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 oz. butter
4 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream

1. Break chocolate in medium size pieces. Sieve sugar. Melt softened butter, sugar and chocolate in pot over low heat. Let chocolate cream cool down.

2. Beat egg whites and cold whipping cream very stiff. Beat in separate bowls and keep cool.

3. Beat egg yolks and mix egg yolk under chocolate cream and carefully but thoroughly add egg whites and whipping cream.

4. Refrigerate mousse for several hours. Enjoy!
